By now in its 40th edition, SIGEP (International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World) is the leading show in the world for artisan confectionery dedicated exclusively to professionals in the sector, staying ahead of the trends and innovations in the five exhibiting supply chains.
We will also be at this prestigious event from 19 through 23 January and we welcome you to come visit us at Pavilion D5, stand 25 to see our many new products.
During the show, we will introduce for the first time ever in a sneak peek, the new mini-range of ready-to-use decorations made with Ruby Chocolate, the pink chocolate that is gaining popularity in leaps and bounds among sweets enthusiasts on social media.
In our stand, you will also be able to appreciate the new challenge launched by Emanuele Leolli, Modecor Product Manager: to add to our range of products 8 varieties of edible flowers, completely natural and comestible, ideal for enhancing any type of sweet in pastry shops all over Italy.
The edible flowers and Ruby decorations will be the protagonists of some of the demos that will be held daily at the Modecor stand. During the practical demonstrations, you will be able to watch live and taste cakes and single portions produced directly by the Modecor pastry chefs.
